The course is designed to help students learn what material is on the GED test, how to study for the GED test, and to learn and improve basic high school equivalency academic skills. The emphases are on development and strengthening of Reading skills, Writing skills, Math skills, Social Studies skills, Science skills, Computer skills, and Test taking skills. This course is also designed for the student to assess their own progress and learning during the program.
Block 11 is scheduled to start on July 9th with registration opening the same day at 8am.
Mesa Counts on College will cover the cost of GED exams and materials for all eligible students.
